Who we are
This policy covers the informational website wps-office.co only. Kingsoft’s applications and wps.com have their own policies.
What we collect
We do not require an account. The hosting provider and CDN may log IP addresses, user agent, and requested URLs for security and reliability. If we later add analytics (for example privacy-respecting server logs or a consented tag), this page will name the vendor.
Forms
If you email us from the contact page, we receive the address and message you send, to reply and to keep a short correspondence record.
Cookies
The site is static HTML. We do not set advertising cookies. Third-party assets (Google Fonts, jsDelivr Tailwind CDN) may receive your IP when the browser fetches them. You can block those requests with a content blocker; the layout may degrade.
Downloads
Clicking an official download link sends you to Kingsoft or Microsoft/Google/Apple. Their privacy terms apply from that moment.
Retention and rights
Server logs follow the host’s default retention. You may email us to ask what correspondence we hold. Depending on your country (GDPR, UK GDPR, and similar), you may have rights to access or delete personal data we actually control — which is little, unless you wrote to us.
Children
The handbook is general audience documentation, not directed at children under 13.
